Cutting raw tortilla dough into 15-centimeter diameter circles, the Tortilla Masters TC15 tortilla cutter is designed to be installed into the TM105 Ventura Flex tortilla machine. It can replace a cutter that has become worn down with use, or swap out with a different cutter to adjust the tortilla size between batches.
