So small
"They look great, and are very sturdy, but the seat is only 14" x 14". I now know that a comfortable bar stool seat is 17" at least. The description says that they accommodate up to 600 lbs, so you would think that the dimensions would be generous. The dimensions of the seat are not listed. I tried to return them, but Katom would not take them back, because we didn't have the original boxes. I was eager to use them, and didn't hold on to the boxes due to storage issues. It wasn't until the first night that we used them that I received such negative feedback from our guests. I take responsibility for not saving the packaging, but I hope that no one else makes the same mistake. Our smaller guests like them, but anyone of a certain stature is very uncomfortable. I would say that anyone over 225 lbs will not be comfortable in these stools."
