To promote comfort for employees required to sit at computers for long periods, the Flash Furniture HL-0001-BL-RLB-GG Nicholas ergonomic office chair features a mesh mid back with integrated lumbar support, a 3-inch-thick padded seat, and padded arms. The back can be adjusted from a fixed recline to an upright position with the multi-tilt lock mechanism, while the tilt tension adjustment knob can be used to modify the backward tilt resistance. To accommodate varying desk heights, its seat can be raised from 19 inches to 24 inches, and for full mobility, it can swivel 360 degrees. This 25 1⁄2-inch-wide by 24 1⁄2-inch-deep by 37-inch-tall chair is fitted with a black nylon base featuring five ball-bearing polyurethane roller wheels to simplify moving it under desks or wheeling it out of the way as needed. To add a splash of color to neutral office settings, the back and seat are blue.
