Hestan HSMW36 NG Description
The Hestan HSMW36NG gas salamander broiler is powered by natural gas and made of stainless steel, which provides durability and resistance to rust and corrosion over time. It measures 36 inches wide by 21 3⁄5 inches deep by 19 inches high, and its wall-mount design doesn't require legs. It has an open-chassis design for easy user access during the cooking or warming process.
The Hestan HSMW36NG gas salamander broiler uses an infrared burner to heat food and has a tilted burner design with a rear flue system to remove excess heat from the kitchen. The elevation rack mechanism enables users to customize the heat exposure of food. The unit has a control knob for adjusting the temperature as needed and a front-mounted on/off gas valve.
