Resfab MB-50ATV Description
The Resfab MB-50ATV electric fryer is built with a 55-pound-capacity tank and includes two half-size baskets as well as a full-size basket. It's designed with touchscreen controls that offer 40 programmable menu options for popular products. A ventless model, it features integrated alarm and fire suppression systems, a built-in filtration system, and an airflow sensor. This floor model measures 17 1⁄5 inches wide by 38 3⁄5 inches deep by 80 9⁄10 inches high.
Built for long-term strength and corrosion resistance, the Resfab MB-50ATV commercial fryer sports a stainless steel construction. Its casters enable mobility for cleaning or maintenance, and to prevent unauthorized users from making adjustments, a PIN number is required for controller access. Its idle and sleep modes help conserve energy during downtime, while its automatic basket lifts raise baskets when frying is complete.
