The LK Packaging PVL3418 pan liner acts as a physical barrier between sticky, baked-on food residue and the pan surface, enabling one to clean steam table messes quickly by eliminating scrubbing needs. Without this harsh cleaning method, the pans last long in commercial environments. Designed for hot steam tables, the pan liner also can be used in refrigerators and freezers for short-term storage because they withstand temperatures between -100 and 400 degrees Fahrenheit. The liner is made of PTL—a heavy-duty plastic that's more cost effective than nylon and has commercial-grade durability. It measures 34 inches long by 18 inches wide, so it can be used in 6-inch-deep full-size pans.
