LK Packaging PVL3412 Description
In order to streamline cleaning messes in steam tables, the LK Packaging PVL3412 pan liner creates a physical barrier between food and the metal surface. This eliminates repetitive scrubbing to remove sticky, baked-on residue that shortens pan lifespans. Safe at temperatures between -100 and 400 degrees Fahrenheit, this liner can be used for refrigerated, short-term storage as well as hot food holding in steam tables. It's made of PTL plastic—a heavy-duty material that's more affordable than nylon options. Compatible with 2 1⁄2-inch-deep and 4-inch-deep full-size pans, the liner measures 34 inches long by 12 inches wide.
