LK Packaging PVL2314 Description
With its 23-inch length and 14-inch width, the LK Packaging PVL2314 pan liner is compatible with 4-inch-deep and 6-inch-deep half-size steam table pans. It creates a physical barrier between food and the pan surface, avoiding sticky, baked-on residue that leads to repetitive scrubbing in dishrooms. By streamlining cleanup, the liner prolongs the lifespan of the pan and minimizes employee labor needs. Because it's made of PTL plastic, the liner has high levels of durability at the fraction of the cost of nylon options. This material is safe in temperatures ranging from -100 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, so it can be used for short-term, refrigerated storage as well as hot food service.
