Leer 64CS-R290 (3600301) Description
The efficient and practical design of the Leer 64CS-R290 ice merchandiser features a top-mounted compressor with a cover to protect it from debris. The drop-down evaporator utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to hold temperatures between 16 and 24 degrees Fahrenheit, and temperature setpoints can be adjusted with electronic controls. To run the cold wall defrost system, the unit must first be emptied and unplugged.
The classic white design and bright red "ICE" decals of the Leer 64CS-R290 ice merchandiser are immediately identifiable to customers. Its steel construction and weather-resistant primer withstand outdoor elements. The 76 1⁄2-inch-tall merchandiser has two galvanized steel doors furnished with high-impact breakers to create a thermal break from outside temperatures. Santoprene® gaskets offer a tight seal, while 2 1⁄2 inch-thick insulation in the wall and ceilings and 3-inch thick floor insulation helps minimize energy usage. The doors are inset 2 inches for additional temperature preservation. This unit's 65 cubic feet of interior space holds (190) 7-pound bags, (145) 10-pound bags, or (70) 20-pound bags of ice, and the interior's stucco-embossed galvanized steel construction withstands heavy use.
