The Kitchen Brains TRACK8X1CP programmable Tracker™ timer is designed to help kitchen staff accurately measure cook and holding times to maintain product quality and productivity. Its eight distinct timer faces can be programmed to have their own individualize product names and alarm sounds, and each of the timers can cycle between three programs, so a single kitchen can keep track of as many as 24 dishes at a time.
The Kitchen Brains TRACK8X1CP programmable timer's narrow, horizontal design makes it easy to suspend from a wall and comes with a communication port, meaning it can transfer timers from itself to another compatible tracker to keep up with a dish as it moves from station to station. It uses a solid-state control system to reduce mechanical issues, while all the circuitry is housed in a durable stainless-steel casing. All Kitchen Brains customers also get access to their 24-hour support network that can help diagnose and possibly solve any issues with the timer.
