Additionally, mini-desserts such as creme brulee can be served. To resemble a mussel, this organically shaped, black-glazed oval piece features wave-like edges. Made of durable, high-quality porcelain, it withstands high-volume use in restaurants, hotels, buffets, and banquet halls. To reduce wear over time, its reinforced rim resists chipping; operators can also heat this piece in an oven or microwave and sanitize it in a dishmachine.
