Finished with an attractive, semi-matte mussel black glaze, the Front of the House® DOS032BKP20 Tides® plate provides a dark-hued backdrop to highlight plated entrees. Its low-profile, organically shaped body is lined with wave-like curved edges, creating a contemporary aesthetic and emphasizing the plating area. Made of oven-, microwave-, and dishwasher-safe commercial-grade porcelain that's been double fired at temperatures hotter than 2,500 degrees Fahrenheit, it's durable enough to survive repeated use in high-traffic eateries. To retain its original appearance, its glaze resists staining, scratching, and fading, while its rim is chip resistant.
