Made of high-quality porcelain double fired at temperatures hotter than 2,500 degrees Fahrenheit, it's capable of surviving repeated use in high-traffic restaurants. For additional strength, its reinforced rim is chip resistant, while the glaze is stain, scratch, and fade resistant. As much as 36 ounces of soup, pasta, chili, stew, or salad can be served in this 7-inch-diameter by 2 1⁄4-inch-tall bowl.
