Quik n' Crispy GF5-M (900007) Description
The Quik n' Crispy GF5-M (900007) greaseless fryer is an ideal unit for quick-service locations because it fully cooks food quickly and without the need for oils. The unit includes a basket set with handles attachments; assembly is required and when completed, it measure 16 1⁄2 inches wide by 16 1⁄2 inches deep by 3 inches high.
The Quik n' Crispy GF5-M (900007) fryer has an LCD touchscreen controller where staff can select between 15 programs, which can be altered as needed. Additionally, recipes can be imported and exported via the USB port. A rocker switch below the controls turns the unit on and off as needed. Included with the unit is a drip tray, three-piece air plenum, removable front panel, adjustable legs, wire brush, scraper, and installation kit.
