Displayed product in the cabinet is held and organized in baskets with dividers, and the interior is galvanized steel and painted to resist corrosion, scratches, and dents. Heat-reflective lids retain cold air and showcase stored items, while the Excellence Industries VB-6HC ice cream freezer has casters that enable users to clean underneath the unit. When needed, two of the casters can be locked in place for stabilization.
