The Excellence Industries HFF-8HC ice cream storage freezer has a cold-wall refrigeration system, meaning refrigerant lines run in the walls to efficiently cool the cabinet. It operates from -14 to 6 degrees Fahrenheit and can hold (21) 3-gallon tubs of ice cream for storage. Operators can keep extra product in this cabinet before moving it to a dipping cabinet for serving. For strength and durability, the interior is constructed of heavy-gauge steel. Accessing the interior is convenient through the flip-top lids on the stainless steel top.
