Stainless steel pans come with this Excellence Industries HBG-7HC gelato dipping cabinet, so operators can merchandise and scoop gelato. The unit holds seven pans and can merchandise items on the window shelf, while supplies can be stored in the base. Made of painted steel, the interior is strong for high-volume use.
The temperature on the thermostat can be set between -15 and 15 degrees Fahrenheit, and the cold-wall evaporator in this Excellence Industries HBG-7HC gelato dipping cabinet efficiently cools the interior. With this design, refrigerant lines run in the walls to ensure heat removal. These lines are filled with R290 refrigerant, a hydrocarbon refrigerant that is more eco-friendly than traditional options.
