Excellence Industries EURO-5HC Description
The Excellence Industries EURO-5HC ice cream freezer can hold six 3-gallon tubs of ice cream (tub lids must be removed for loading and unloading), some of which sit in the display section, while the others can be stored underneath the display. Its interior is made of white steel, which resists scratches and dents, and its sliding lid is constructed of one layer of glass that keeps heat out. This Excellence Industries EURO-5HC ice cream dipping cabinet has a dual condensing system that cools ice cream and R290 refrigerant to keep ice cream between -15 and 5 degrees Fahrenheit. Since the refrigerant is hydrocarbon, it is more environmentally friendly than traditional options. Casters are in place to move the unit.

A giant disappointment
Something that is not listed in this description is that the total opening for you to insert your said "3-gallon ice cream tub" is only 4 inches. so, good luck putting your product in this unit. It is in short not a practical dipping freezer. Don't make the same mistake we made. We are now stuck with an un usable freezer.
