Marsal CT302 Description
With four individually vented decks, the Marsal CT302 countertop pizza oven cooks as many as four 18-inch pizzas at a time. Each deck has top and bottom heat controls that are adjustable from 150 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit as well as Quick Heat Technology™ cooking stones that create a crispy pizza crust. To prevent overheating, its side-mounted controls are fan cooled. This unit also includes a 1-hour timer that counts down until food is ready to prevent undercooking or burning.
The Marsal CT302 double-deck pizza oven has an aluminized steel interior that resists corrosion and is simple to wipe clean. For durability, the exterior front, top, and sides are made of rust-resistant stainless steel. This unit can be installed on uneven surfaces without wobbling due to its 4-inch adjustable legs. Overall, it measures 30.25 inches wide by 29.50 inches deep by 32.25 inches high.
