Founded in New York City in 1969 and named after its Italian-American founders, Marsal began focusing on pizza equipment in the late '80s. Today, Marsal pizza ovens are still made in the USA and are used in independent and franchised restaurants around the world. With the MB, SD, and WF series, pizzerias and restaurants can produce old-world results with modern technology. Marsal ovens are customizable to best fit the needs of individual restaurants, and can be single or double stacked, made with stainless steel and brick, and designed with flat or dome tops. The MB and SD series ovens offer a baking range of 300 to 650 degrees Fahrenheit, while the WF series can reach 900 degrees Fahrenheit.
