The Crown Verity CV-PGRID-30 removable griddle plate is made with 5⁄16 inch thick cold rolled steel. The stainless steel splash guards keep the grease and food particles contained. The removable grease tray aids in the cleaning process and reduces the risk of grease fires. This Crown Verity CV-PGRID-30 removable griddle fits Crown Verity’s 30-inch and 60-inch grill models. With 60-inch grills, this griddle will fit on half of the unit.
