The Crown Verity CV-PF-1LP outdoor gas fryer has a stainless steel cabinet and fry tank. Two fry baskets with plastic coated handles fit in the tank with a 35- to 40-pound oil capacity. There is an adjustable thermostat that heats from 200 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. This fryer has a high limit shut off that shuts the gas flow off when the temperature exceeds the 400-degree limit. There is a 90,000 BTU input in a tank that can cook 60 to 65 pounds of frozen fries.

There are two 14-inch wheels and 2 total lock casters on this unit to offer mobility in outdoor situations. This Crown Verity CV-PF-1LP outdoor gas fryer has a tank holder for a 30-pound propane tank. Three heat exchanger tubes are positioned so cleaning them is simple. The 14-inch wheels and two casters make moving the fryer easier. The unit ships completely assembled to enable quick frying.
