Arcobaleno AV300 Description
Measuring 23 3⁄4 inches wide by 28 1⁄2 inches deep by 23 inches high, the Arcobaleno AV300 Isabella flywheel meat slicer's red aluminum and stainless steel body suits compact, front-of-house carving stations. Its vice-gripping claws fix meat in place for continuous cutting across the 9-inch by 7-inch surface. For clean slicing from 0 to 2 1⁄2 millimeters thick, a built-in stone sharpens and deburrs the 11 4⁄5-inch blade. The receiving table holds finished product to maintain an organized workspace, while a flower wheel and manual, gear-driven transmission cater rhythm and force depending on firmness or marbling.
