Belshaw MARK V Description
The flat-bottom frypot on the Belshaw MARK V Donut Robot® electric donut fryer is designed to give each batch of donuts an even, reliable fry. Its 10-gallon kettle holds 72.6 pounds of oil, reducing the need for refills. Built with stainless steel and aluminum, the fryer also cleans up easily and stands up to daily use.
Capable of making 528 donuts every hour, the Belshaw MARK V Donut Robot electric donut fryer offers steady production for busy kitchens. It comes with a depositor and star plunger. Frying times can be adjusted, and the batter weight dial makes it simple to change donut sizes when needed.
