The Belshaw MARK V Donut Robot® electric donut fryer has a plain plunger, giving operators the ability to form uniform standard ring donuts with ease. Conveyor flight bars spaced at 3 3⁄4 inches carry each piece evenly through hot oil for consistent frying. With a 10-pound hopper capacity, operators can keep batches moving without frequent refills.
The high-durability heating element in the Belshaw MARK V Donut Robot electric donut fryer provides reliable performance during long runs while keeping oil steady. A built-in safety limit switch offers added protection, while the fryer’s compact footprint makes it easier to fit in tight spaces. Fully compatible with Belshaw’s Insider ventless cabinet, it works smoothly in locations without built-in ventilation.
