Belshaw MARK II GP GAS Description
The Belshaw MARK II GP GAS Donut Robot® fryer is powered by a high-durability heating system that runs on LP gas, giving it the strength to maintain steady oil temperatures throughout long shifts. That consistency means donuts fry evenly without constant monitoring. Its flat-bottom frypot, sturdy stainless steel and aluminum body, and 10-pound hopper all add to its reliability in everyday use.
Made for mini donuts, the Belshaw MARK II GP GAS Donut Robot fryer can turn out as many as 1,224 pieces per hour. A double plunger drops four donuts at a time, while the conveyor moves them smoothly through the oil for dependable results. With adjustable frying times and a batter weight dial, operators can easily adjust donut size and finish.
