Belshaw MARK II Description
Designed for unattended donut production, the Belshaw MARK II 22602 Donut Robot® automatic donut machine measures 41 inches wide by 21 inches deep by 25 inches high. Its 10-pound hopper deposits batter into the fryer using a plain plunger, while the automatic flight bar conveyor system moves donuts through the 50-pound oil kettle. The built-in fryer includes an electronic temperature controller, high-temperature safety limit switch, and frying time dial to maintain consistency.
Built for durability, the Belshaw MARK II 22602 donut machine is constructed of a combination of stainless steel and aluminum. It includes a half-speed switch for low-volume needs and a powered depositor for hands-free operation. Users can fine-tune output using the batter weight adjustment dial. Producing up to 30 dozen standard-sized donuts per hour, this electric machine is suitable for midsize to high-output setups.
