Belshaw MARK II Description
Outfitted with a 10-pound hopper and star plunger, the Belshaw MARK II 22601 Donut Robot® automatic donut machine feeds batter into its fryer, where a flight bar conveyor system guides each piece through the oil. With an output of 30 dozen standard donuts per hour, this model supports consistent mid-volume production. Its stainless steel and aluminum body resists high-heat stress, and the compact 41-inch-wide by 21-inch-deep by 25-inch-high design conserves space in tight kitchens.
The Belshaw MARK II 22601 donut machine includes a built-in depositor and kettle to automate donut production from start to finish. Its electronic temperature controller ensures accurate heat regulation, while the frying time dial and batter weight adjustment dial provide control over texture and consistency. The 50-pound oil capacity accommodates extended frying periods between refills. A half-speed switch adapts output as needed, and the high-temperature safety limit switch protects internal components during operation.
