Belshaw 624 Description
The Belshaw 624 600-series stainless steel donut fryer's two frying screens support smooth lifting and transfer during each frying cycle. Designed with a 24-inch by 24-inch fry area, it holds 96 pounds of shortening, while its electronic temperature controller provides accurate heat regulation. The drain tray keeps surfaces clean, and an exterior drain valve and tilt-up elements improve access for maintenance and emptying used oil. Measuring 56 inches wide by 36 inches deep by 40 inches high, this floor unit stands on adjustable bolt-down legs for level setup.
