Evo 10-7112-OC Description
Using five-stage filtration, the Evo 10-7112-OC EVent® open canopy hood divides grease, vapor, particulates, and airborne residue through ozone treatment and cyclonic airflow before exhaust reaches the stainless steel ventilation duct. An ANSUL® fire suppression system with electronic detection responds automatically to fire conditions within the enclosure. For enhanced visibility and sanitization, LED antimicrobial lighting brightens the 112-inch cooking zone, while its touchscreen centralizes controls at the operator station. This modular hood measures 150 inches wide by 76 3⁄16 inches deep by 108 inches high to suit large equipment arrangements.
