Infrico IBC-ABT51L Description
This Infrico IBC-ABT51L bast chiller and shock freezer is an undercounter unit measuring 33 inches wide by 34 1⁄8 inches deep by 39 3⁄16 inches high. It's constructed of durable 304 stainless steel and works to rapidly chill or freeze food products. This unit can chill food from 194 to 37 degrees Fahrenheit in less than 90 minutes and freeze food from 194 to 0 degrees Fahrenheit in less than four hours.
The Infrico IBC-ABT51L blast chiller and shock freezer features a stainless steel door insulated with polyurethane foam; this door is equipped with stay-open and self-close features. The inside of the cabinet features sealed internal floors with coved corners for quick and thorough cleaning. It comes with five stainless steel trays for holding food during the freezing and chilling process, while the interactive control screen's option menu provides users with simple and effective operation.
