General GSE010 Description
The General GSE010 meat and cheese slicer measures 19 7⁄10 inches wide to fit countertops and sits on four rubber feet for stability during use. The unit’s cast aluminum construction is durable and damage resistant, while the blade measures 10 inches in diameter and can be honed using the integrated sharpener. For user safety, this meat and cheese slicer includes a rim guard, knife cover, and food tray hand guard.
The General GSE010 slicer is straightforward to operate and utilizes on/off push buttons. It runs at a speed of 338 revolutions per minute and has a belt-driven transmission designed to cut through high volumes of dense products. Users can adjust the slice thickness from 6 1⁄2 to 1⁄2 inches based on the customer’s needs.
