This General GCHP-24-4NG hotplate features four 25,000-BTU burners, so the unit can be used to prepare multiple dishes simultaneously. It’s manually controlled with heavy-duty knobs designed to withstand wear over time. The front panel pilot can be adjusted for varying heat levels, and after cooking, the waste tray underneath simplifies cleaning.
The General GCHP-24-4NG gas hotplate’s 24-inch width fits on most countertops. It’s made of stainless steel and aluminum for durability and corrosion resistance, and the grates are made of cast iron, which evenly distributes heat for consistent cooking. The 4-inch stainless steel legs keep the unit level during use.
