The Black Diamond BDCTH24 commercial hot plate features four cast iron burners, each with an individual gas valve and pilot light to ensure safety and cooking precision. Its front and sides are made of durable stainless steel, which can withstand heavy use without scratching or rusting. Its removable drip tray also is constructed of stainless steel, streamlining cleaning.
This Black Diamond BDCTH24 countertop hot plate is mounted on four legs that can be adjusted to the operator's desired height. Its manual control knobs are protected by a bull-nose front to shield users' hands from heat or grease splatter. The unit can be powered by natural gas or LP gas.
