With a compact design fitting tight spaces, the Maxx Ice MIM75 bullet cube ice maker can be installed beneath a counter. While its durable stainless steel construction is simple to clean, its black lid conceals scratches and complements existing decor. It has a solid state digital electronic control system, which is programable to regulate and monitor the unit's production status. Its self-contained condenser simplifies installation, while its air-cooled condenser keeps the equipment cool. Overall, this unit measures 16 7⁄10 inches wide by 21 inches deep by 32 7⁄10 inches high.
Great for medium-volume establishments, the Maxx Ice MIM75 ice maker produces approximately 75 pounds of ice every 24 hours. Its included bin can store 25 pounds of ice at once and includes an automatic overfill prevention that stops making ice once the bin is full. This storage bin is lined with polyethylene for optimal sanitation and includes an ice scoop. This machine operates best in ambient temperatures between 50 and 100 degrees Fahrenheit and with water temperatures between 41 and 90 degrees Fahrenheit. Its air-cooled compressor utilizes R134a refrigerant, and although it includes a self-cleaning mode, operators must manually sanitize the machine for proper hygiene.
