With its variable-speed motor, the Sammic KE-8V (1050855) food processor can spin between 300 and 3,000 rotations per minute to cut, grind, mix, and knead a wide food range, and operators can adjust the speed with the intuitive control panel. This machine uses brushless technology to maintain the same torque throughout different speed ranges. To avoid product shrinkage and reinforce uniformity, the force control system exerts the same force, even as speed ranges fluctuate. For efficient operation, users can program the time and pulse buttons, while the reverse function can mix ingredients. A set of serrated blades and a polycarbonate lid with a cut&mix scraper are included with this unit to achieve specific results.
