Crafted for high production and simplicity, the Sammic CA-41 vegetable prep machine blends technological efficiency with user-friendly controls to service high-volume settings. Its strong stainless steel motor block supports a 1 1⁄2-horsepower motor that produces enough power to cut, dice, or slice as much as 1,300 pounds of vegetables per hour. This machine is paired with an aluminum head, high ejector, and continuous feed chute to cut whole foods without pause and with minimal mess. While this machine is advanced—even featuring an electronic command panel for added control—it boasts only one fixed speed.
The Sammic CA-41 food processor sports an ergonomic countertop design to maximize kitchen space and promote user comfort. Adaptable for various tasks, this machine can create a variety of cuts with supplemental grids and discs. Once cut, sliced fragments of eggplant, zucchini, and other vegetables are pushed through the lateral output to minimize splashing that otherwise leads to messes.
