Sammic MB-51 Description
For maximizing potential in back-of-house kitchens, the MB-51 commercial immersion blender features a mixing and blending arm. To assist users in a fluid switchover, each accessory can be attached and detached from the motor block quickly. To attach each accessory, users must simply line the arrow icon up on each arm to the arrow on the motor block and twist in a clockwise motion, ensuring a secure lock. Each arm is made of stainless steel—a durable and corrosion-resistant metal great for mid- to heavy-duty tasks. The blender arm measures 16 1⁄2 inches long; the whisk measures 16 inches long.
To streamline the MB-51 commercial immersion blender's operation, the immersion blender has a speed range from 1,500 to 12,000 revolutions per minute, and the hand whisk operates from 200 to 1,500 revolutions per minute. This unit's speed velocity is controlled by the top-placed speed dial. The two-color LED light warning system communicates active and stand-by modes, and once this tool is in active operation, it can be set to continuous mode so operators can multitask. At the end of the day, each arm accessory should be soaked in hot water with liquid-type multipurpose detergent.
