With a 3-horsepower motor made of strong stainless steel, this food processor features ten different speeds suitable for most functions; the force control system it’s paired with maintains optimal force for certain periods of time to grant ideal consistencies. This power can produce 300 to 3,000 rotations per minute depending on the setting and is paired with safety microswitches to reduce injury risks.
The Sammic KE-5V emulsifier comes with a polycarbonate and aluminum lid, shielding users against food particles. This unit also boasts a cut-and-mix scraper to simplify cleaning. Additionally, it has a 5 4⁄5-quart capacity and comes with a serrated S-blade that's sharp—cutting basil leaves for savory pesto or dicing tomatoes to make refreshing soup—but can be reversed as needed. This emulsifier’s digital control is modern, easy-to-use, and utilizes a six multilanguage display for heightened accessibility. Because of its electronic power source and polycarbonate features, this machine should be washed by hand.
