Perfect Fry PFC730 Description
The Perfect Fry PFC730 ventless countertop electric fryer is a small fryer measuring 17 inches wide, 16 inches deep, and 23 inches high. Its electric and ventless design enables the fryer to be used in booths, delis, or convenience stores. The vat can hold 2 gallons of oil, and it's fully contained behind a front-mounted door that opens outwards and enables user access to the fry basket. The inside of the fryer is equipped with an air filter and an oil filter to allow for ventless use.
The Perfect Fry PFC730 ventless countertop electric fryer is semi-automatic unit and has a touch screen control panel for simple operation. The user can open the door on the front, place product into the basket, and shut the door; the basket then automatically lowers into the hot oil. When the selected time is finished, the basket automatically raises out of the oil and can be removed using the door.
