Part of the Cocktail collection, the Kold-Draft KD-50 undercounter ice maker produces large cube ice measuring 1 inch in width by 1 inche in depth by 1 1⁄4 inches in height. This unit can produce as much as 59 pounds of ice in 24 hours under ambient conditions. Overall, it measures 15.5 inches in width by 17.7 inches in depth by 36.7 inches in height. Its ideal incoming air and water temperatures range from 45 to 90 degrees Fahrenheit, and it cools itself by pushing fresh air across its condenser—an economical alternative to water- or remote-cooled systems that's simple to install.
The Kold-Draft KD-50 commercial undercounter ice maker is made of heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant 300 series stainless steel—a durable material that simplifies cleaning. This construction extends the unit's service life while reducing labor for employees. To promote environmental responsibility, the ice maker runs on eco-friendly R134A refrigerant. For maximum performance, this unit's front must be completely unobstructed, and it needs at least 4 inches of rear clearance with 0.6-inch clearance on the sides and top. The ice maker automatically produces ice, and operators can alter the thickness between low, medium, and high.
