Kold-Draft KD-110 Description
To resist corrosion and dents, the Kold-Draft KD-110 undercounter ice maker is made of 300 series stainless steel, which is a combination of chromium and nickel. It can produce 118 pounds of large cube ice daily and can store 60 pounds. This ice maker has an air-cooled, self-contained condenser that uses R134A refrigerant to ensure temperatures remain cool. Its automatic ice feature enables the user to carry out other tasks while ice is produced, and its self-cleaning mode minimizes the need for continuous monitoring and maintenance.
The Kold-Draft KD-110 undercounter ice machine has an upside-down evaporator placed on top of a molded water plate. Each evaporator cell is individually pumped with water and then frozen, enabling every cell to act as its own freezing unit. This process reduces impurities and produces clear, pure ice that is kept cold for a long time by insulation. The thickness of the ice can be adjusted to a low, medium, or high setting. For proper functionality, this ice maker requires 4-inch back and 0.6-inch top and side clearances with an unblocked front.
