After 35 seconds of continuous operation, the automatic lockout feature shuts off the blower motor to prevent overheating and excessive wear on components. Its case is fastened to the unit with two tamper-proof bolts that prevent guests from altering or vandalizing the interior components. Activated automatically, the dryer is touch free to reduce the spread of germs.
