The Wood Stone WS-SFB-34 36 Series Mt. Saint Helens Charbroiler is a shallow-box, wood-fired grill designed for solid fuel cooking. Measuring 34 inches wide by 36 1⁄4 inches deep, it includes (5) 6-inch by 24-inch cast iron grates mounted on a sliding stainless steel frame to enable flexible fire access. The firebox is insulated and cast from dense, high-temperature ceramic to store and radiate heat evenly, supporting steady cooking temperatures throughout operation. Its stainless steel exterior and wood storage cabinet provide durability and integrated utility in one footprint.
The Wood Stone WS-SFB-34 charbroiler utilizes a "heat-sink" firebox layout that enables operators to concentrate burning wood at the rear and move coals forward for efficient heat management. This design maximizes thermal retention and minimizes fuel waste. The unit is mounted on four swivel casters—two with locking brakes—for stable positioning. A full set of maintenance tools, including a grate tool, particle shovel, and 40-inch T-style brass-bristled brush, is included with the unit.
