To ensure the final rinse water is 180 degrees Fahrenheit for proper sanitization, it features Sense-a-Temp™ technology that raises incoming water temperature as needed. Operators can double-check water temperature with the top-mounted user interface, which provides a digital temperature readout. In an hour, this unit can sanitize 24 racks of dishes using 21⁹⁄₁₀ gallons of water. For simple operation, it features a single 2-minute cycle, automatic pumped drain, automatic fill, and soft start. Its snap-in revolving lower and upper clogging wash and rinse arm sport a single-arm, low-profile design that reduces the chance of clogging during repeated use.
