To simplify operation, the Centerline by Hobart CDH-1 door-type dishwasher features a top-mounted user interface with a digital temperature display. Its built-in booster enables high-temperature sanitizing, while its automatic pumped drain streamlines water removal. This unit uses 0.73 gallons of water per rack and can wash a maximum of 51 racks per hour. Based on the time requirements and soul levels, operators can choose between a standard cycle and extended cycle.

Built to endure heavy use, the Centerline by Hobart CDH-1 commercial dishmachine is constructed of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. It features tri-prong, snap-in revolving upper and lower anti-clogging wash and rinse arms for improved performance, and these can be removed for cleaning. This unit is designed with a four-sided door and 18-inch pillarless door opening, and it measures 28¹⁄₂ inches wide by 25¹³⁄₁₆ inches deep by 62¹⁵⁄₁₆ inches high.
