The Viking Commercial VCCC115-SS81A gourmet cube undercounter ice machine has a stainless steel finished cabinet, grille, and full-wrap door that’s durable and resistant to corrosion. It holds 25 pounds of ice in storage, and the BrightShield® antimicrobial light works to preventing viruses, bacteria, molds, and mildew from forming. The factory installed drain pump is designed to remove excess condensation and moisture.
Via the refrigeration system, the Viking Commercial VCCC115-SS81A undercounter ice machine produces 160 pounds of gourmet ice per day. It makes gourmet ice that measures 1 7⁄8 inches by 1 1⁄4 inches. It cools with R600a refrigerant to maintain consistent temperatures. The integrated silent-setting suspension function pauses the ice-making process for three hours, reducing the unit’s overall energy consumption.
