Equipex RF12SP Description
Built to provide long-lasting durability, the Equipex RF12SP Sodir-Roller Grill fryer is made of stainless steel. This strong metal is simple to clean and provides resistance to rusting, denting, and warping. It features a single vat, and to protect the oil when not in use, it comes with a night cover. The fry baskets are equipped with heat-resistant handles to ensure a comfortable grip and reduce the risk of burns.
Suitable for medium-volume operations, the Equipex RF12SP electric fryer's vat accommodates 25 pounds of oil. The components disassemble to enable operators to clean the unit thoroughly, preventing buildup and optimizing performance. This unit's temperature is adjustable with thermostatic controls. Designed for countertop placement, it measures 13 1⁄2 inches wide by 15 1⁄2 inches deep by 11 inches high.
