The Equipex FC-280V/1 quarter-size convection oven fits on a countertop so users can prepare foods using little space. This unit comes with three slotted shelves that can be adjusted to five different positions. Users can access the oven's interior through its double-paned glass door with a handle.
Users also can set the temperature of the Equipex FC-280V/1 convection oven as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit and set the timer for as long as 120 minutes. This oven has a rear-mounted fan that circulates hot air around the interior, thoroughly cooking products. For durability and professional appearance, the unit is constructed of stainless steel.
