The Equipex FC-280 quarter-size countertop convection oven is designed with a rear-mounted fan and heater to evenly circulate air and ensure fast, uniform cooking. It's compact and fits on countertops or equipment stands, making it a good choice for smaller locations without much space available. With its built-in timer, this oven can track cooking for as long as 120 minutes, and its manual controls operate thermostatically for reduced temperature fluctuations.
The Equipex FC-280 quarter-size countertop convection oven's interior and exterior are made of durable stainless steel to withstand heavy use without rusting, denting, or warping. This unit can hold as many as three quarter-size sheet pans and comes with an aluminum bake tray and two wire racks to support product as it cooks. The door is made of safety glass for enhanced visibility and has a handle for comfortable opening and closing.
